Germany ItN company of Safbon participated in Shanghai Aquatech international water exhibition during May 31- June 2. ItN company demonstrated the technology of nano-ceramic flat ultrafiltration membrane, which attracted the attention of water treatment engineers due to its high temperature performance and long life. Its core technology is nano-coating technology. ItN has 18 invention patents and 69 utility model patents in the research, development, production and application of this technology, which attracted customer groups from different application fields of the recognition, especially having unique applications in the groundwater radioactive elements, removal of heavy metal elements in the MBR online cleaning technology of municipal wastewater, desalination pretreatment, activated carbon micro pollution in the field of municipal water treatment,oil refining wastewater, and other fields.

Compared with polymer membrane , ceramic flat membrane has a service life of 3-5 times longer, a membrane flux of 3-10 times higher, a consumption of chemical agents reduced by 50%, operating maintenance cost and energy consumption reduced by more than 50%. The contamination, chemical cleaning and oxidation of polymer ultrafiltration membranes are inevitable problems, while ceramic membranes are easier to clean and have higher anti-pollution ability, and there is no risk of being oxidized.
