The establishment conference of China research institute of ceramic membrane of German ItN company under SafBon water service (HOLDING)INC was grandly held. Mr. Zhang Chunlin, the chairman of SafBon Water, and Dr. Nonninger, founder and honorary Dean of the Research Institute of Germany ItN Company, and George Kodros, CEO of ItN Company, and Gu Shiming, president of the Chinese Academy of Research, attended the meeting. Yao Kun, vice president of Baan Water, presided over the meeting.

Leaders from Nantong Gangzha District, science and Technology Bureau, water supply department and sewage treatment center, and domestic water treatment experts represented by municipal tap water, sewage treatment, electric power, oil field petrochemical, iron and steel industry, and  senior professors from top universities such as Tsinghua University and South China University of Science and Technology, etc. participated in the general assembly and unveiling ceremony.

Chief engineer Liyi of Beijing Municipal College and Professor Hu Yongyou of the Environmental College of South China University of Technology, as an expert in the design and application of municipal and industrial wastewater treatment in China, introduced the experience of ceramic flat membrane application in municipal wastewater treatment and industrial park wastewater treatment at the conference. At the same time, prospected the broad prospect of the product in the market. President Gu Shiming, Liu Jingxia and Yang Kuan also made speeches respectively about SafBon water environmental protection water treatment technology and the application of PACC powder activated carbon plus ceramic ultrafiltration membrane and ceramic flat membrane in oil field petrochemical industry. 

After the meeting, the leaders and guests went to Nantong membrane factory for a visit. The person in charge of the membrane factory and the relevant technical personnel gave a detailed explanation of the general situation of the factory and the production process. Subsequently, the pilot test site of ceramic flat membrane advanced treatment in Nantong Langshan Waterworks and the MBR  pilot test site of ceramic flat in Nantong first Wastewater Treatment Plant were investigated respectively.

ItN Ceramic Membrane Research Institute of China will be committed to launch a new generation of flat-panel ceramic ultrafiltration membranes and pressure-type tubular membrane products in the second half of this year, while increasing research and development efforts, our ceramic membrane products will be extended to high-temperature air purification, chlor-alkali ion membrane, hydrogen electrolysis, chlorine production and other difficult areas, to address the needs of the market and industry.
