The first phase of the project of the solid waste disposal center in Dongying invested by Shanghai SafBon Water has started smoothly. The site leveling was completed in mid-September. Recently, the construction of temporary storage pipe piles was completed and the construction of pipe piles for incineration line was under way. The first phase of the project is located in the Dongying Chemical Industrial Park with a construction scale of 35,000 tons/year hazardous waste incineration line. The first phase of the project is expected to be put into trial operation by the end of 2019.

In order to solve the problem of Dongying hazardous waste disposal, Shanghai SafBon Water invested in the construction of Dongying Solid Waste Disposal Center. The total scale of the project is 200,000 tons/year, including 100,000 tons/year of incineration, 100,000 tons/year of oily sludge treatment, and construction by stages. The construction of this project conforms to the national and Shandong environmental protection policies and plans, and plays an important role in promoting the harmless and reduced waste treatment. The centralized treatment of hazardous wastes has the advantages of easy management, relatively high technical level of treatment facilities, effective prevention and control of secondary pollution, and effective elimination of the impact of hazardous wastes on the environment.
