The treatment of landfill leachate is always the problem for the industry. As the national environmental policy continues to upgrade, the handling of this aspect also faces greater challenges.
The traditional landfill leachate treatment process usually adopts the biochemical recombination of anaerobic advanced oxidation and organic ultrafiltration membrane with multistage nanofiltration or reverse osmosis treatment. However, due to the complex composition of landfill leachate, the operation of organic ultrafiltration membrane is not stable, and the problems such as broken wires, peeling, fouling and difficult maintenance inevitably occur, resulting in the instability of ultrafiltration water. This affects the subsequent operation of nanofiltration and reverse osmosis, so the selection of ultrafiltration is crucial to the smooth operation of the whole process.
The German ItN ceramic flat membrane owned by Safbon can effectively avoid these problems of organic ultrafiltration membrane. Meanwhile, it has obvious advantages such as high flux, extremely long service life, high sludge concentration operation, low operation cost, low cleaning frequency and low dosage of chemicals.
At present, the pilot project of Safbon in cooperation with a large environmental protection group company is in progress. The treatment process of landfill leachate is advanced oxidation + nanometer ceramic flat membrane. After a month of operation, the facilities run well and the permeate quality is stable. The quality of landfill leachate raw water is as follows:
The permeate quality is stable to reach grade A discharge standard
